new paper on #signposting and #physical activity and #primarycare is out!
I’m absolutely delighted that we now have published the first study from our project funded by NHS Fife Endowment Fund. We have explored with patients and health professionals ways to connect patients to community-based physical activity programmes and used jogscotland as an example.
